ZATCH architects is a group of architects which have experience in Argentina and the United States, specializes in residential architecture. With more than 20 completed houses, our work is defined by client-driven design and advanced technological integration.
We develop each project using BIM-based methodologies to ensure accuracy, coordination, and construction efficiency. Immersive 3D tools are integrated into the design process, allowing clients to fully understand and refine their project before construction begins.

Agustin Chambard
Architect and Urban Designer
Agustín Chambard studied Architecture and Urbanism at the Universidad de Mendoza before completing a Master's in Architecture and Urban Design at Virginia Tech's Washington-Alexandria Architecture Center. With over seven years of experience across residential, transportation, and educational projects, his practice is grounded in a precise technical workflow — Revit-based BIM documentation, multi-disciplinary consultant coordination, and immersive 3D visualization that allows clients to fully experience their project before construction begins. Alongside his practice, he serves as Adjunct Professor of Landscape and Urban Design at Virginia Tech's Washington-Alexandria Architecture Center.
